Description of Service Delivery

Through our website www.bitstream.de, we provide information about our software solutions for security and compliance analysis (e.g., SecCheck) as well as our consulting services in the areas of IT security and architecture. Interested parties can submit inquiries about software, consulting, or organizational topics through a contact form. In the careers section, applicants can learn about open positions and apply via email or contact form.

Our product SecCheck is marketed through the separate website www.seccheck.io.

No direct online sales or contract conclusions take place through www.bitstream.de.

Compliance Status with Requirements

We are committed to digital accessibility and aim to design our website to be fully accessible to all users. Therefore, we continuously work to fully implement the requirements of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) and its implementing regulation (BFSGV).

Our website is oriented towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, conformance level AA. Implemented measures include:

Keyboard Accessibility: The content and functions of the website are accessible via keyboard; in individual places (e.g. navigation submenus) we continue to work on improvements.

Known limitations: Header and footer are loaded via JavaScript; without JavaScript, a simplified static navigation is available. We continuously work on removing remaining barriers.
